We've been drawn against Portuguese giants Benfica in the third qualifying round of this year's UEFA Champions League. The two games will see us play Jorge Jesus' side that finished third last season in the Portuguese league.

The connection between the two clubs is obvious, as our current manager spent a number of years at Benfica. Alongside the numerous national titles he won in Lisbon, Rui also took the club to the Champions League quarter finals in 2016.

A win over two legs will take us to the Champions League playoffs, a step closer to the main stage of the competition.

The first leg will take place on the 3rd or 4th of August, whereas the second one will be a week later.
